for a variance on building setbacks.
Roxanne Hartman whose property is located at 411 E Moreland Avenue is requesting a variance from the required front yard setback of 25 feet to a minimum of 5 feet for the placement of her new manufactured home. Please call town hall if you have any questions.

Debris Inspection Form – This form will allow DOE technicians to test property hazardous materials to prior to debris clean up. This is a free test. Not all properties were tested last year, and we are moving forward! Please fill out this form (here) and send it back to townofmaldenwa@gmail.com.

Taxpayer’s Claim for Reduction of Assessments Resulting from Destroyed Real or Personal Property or Loss of Value in a Declared Disaster Area – The form, along with an information sheet, can be accessed here. This form must be completed and turned in to the Whitman County Assessor to receive 3 year tax relief.
